I called Dr. Howard Routman’s office to schedule an appointment. Maria was most helpful, and understanding in regard to my needs. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Dr. Routman and his wonderful staff. From my initial call to make an appointment, to being greeted with a smile by Terri at the front desk. Front Desk Manager, Dania Perez was so helpful and assisted with my paperwork. This is an excellent orthopedic center with a highly professional and courteous medical and administrative staff. Dr. Routman is an exceptional shoulder surgeon. He successfully corrected a previous poorly performed surgery on my right shoulder and performed surgery on my left shoulder three years ago. Both shoulders continue to function perfectly due to his thorough follow-up and ongoing care. I highly recommend this center and Dr. Routman. I love Dr. Routman , Dr Ochoa and their assistant
