We regret ever going to this facility. It's a scam. Neither of us has been there in over a year and we are still getting billed for over $1400 that has already been paid. We have both tried to contact the office manager multiple times with no calls back. Everytime we called the front desk they were "not able to access our billing information". I’ve been going to Howard County Smiles for a couple of years, and they’re very different from other dental practices I’ve experienced. In the past, I only received what insurance covered, which I now realize was limiting and often led to recurring issues. While I spend a bit more here, the quality of the work, materials, and long-term results have been well worth it because I have the best dental health I’ve had as an adult.
