I strongly suggest getting your procedures done elsewhere. They refused to provide services unless I paid their projected cost, which was severely wrong. I paid $900+ more than what my patient responsibility actually was after it went through my because of their refusal. It’s now been 6 weeks since my procedure and they still have not given me my money back despite my insurance processing everything within 2 days of the procedure. The one star is actually for the billing aspect. Please do not have clients pay for any services until it has gone through insurance. This is the 3rd bill from this office that has the wrong co payments (or in this case, there should not have been a co payment). Submit first then bill (if needed) to the client. Another office took me almost six months to get my money back so I don't know how long this facility will take but they seem to not want to answer their phone. If you're looking for a good diagnostic center, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The doctor prescribed a medication for me to use, and my insurance needs prior authorization for the medication. In spite of my calling 3 times and sending an email message for them to complete the form, they are still sitting on it.
