Dr. David has always been awesome. What is going on with his office though? I left three messages and never receive a call back. I went to their office and was shocked to see them requiring masks 5 years after the pandemic. Ridiculous. I wanted to see Dr. David but if this is the way his office is run, then I will find a new pulmonologist.
I have been calling this practice to talk to someone about getting the Dr to send an RX for my CPAP supplies. I have left at least 4 messages and not 1 has been returned. I need new CPAP supplies but apparently the staff is so busy they can not give me the time of day. The only time I had no problem getting in touch with them is when I owed them a co-pay. I am disgusted with this place right now and I am going to be looking for a new DR ASAP. I see why they only have 1.5 stars. If I could I would leave a 0
I have been seeing Dr. Nyanjom for several years and his Assistant Brittany Harman more recently. Dr. Nyanjom is very experienced and caring. He spent well over 45 minutes with me. I developed a breathing issue in the fall. I have had two appointments with the team in the last month and a half. Ryan runs the breathing test. He is also very professional. Brittany and Dr. Nyanjom don't just stop after running Pulmonary tests. They look at the bigger picture. Brittany spends a minimum of 30 minutes with each patient. She goes o... read more
Staff must be underpaid... Underpaid people tend to do careless, 🤷♂️ type of work b/c to have the same issues with the phone for 3yrs is MINDBLOWING! 🤞When I call everytime... Aint no way they are not hiring Some people try to secretly destroy what you have And they can't tell me no different because aint nothing have changed I've been going here for years... 3/2025 They removed me from the practice for telling the truth and sharing..
