Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, just a basic listings page Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
