Friendly staff and doctor; however, really did not address the problems. Already using over-the-counter drops for dry eyes 4 to 5 times a day. I was hoping for a little more direction other than to just keep doing the same thing. Not impressed, going for a second opinion. I felt like appointment was rushed. Just told me the same things that I already knew, and did not offer any other solutions.
The Dr was 30 minutes late to my appointment. I literally saw him coming in from lunch. Then 45 mins - later he comes in and see me for all of 8 mins. Like the other reviews , I too told him about my issues and he seem to pay no mind to them. I will be Going for a second opinion with a different Doctor as nothing was addressed - my questions or concerns not validate “I see your eyes are bleeding, but it’s not enough for me to do anything about it. See you in a year.! .” Oh My Lord
I ve been with Dr Chen over 5 yrs. Always very professional, friendly and caring. He did my cataract surgery and my vision is great.
Dr Chen is a horrible Dr. put in the wrong power lense per second opinion of another Dr. Dr Chen wouldn’t give me a straight answer on why my sight was worse than before surgery. I would not recommend him to do any surgery on eyes. Run.
I have had a great experience with Dr Chen. I had cataract surgery and it was fantastic. Dr Chen is very professional and an excellent surgeon
