Just like every other recent bad review says… terrible doctor that doesn’t care about you, 5 minute appointment for $225, sends me to get a $1,000 allergy test, no allergies found, then $225 again for another 5 minute appointment. Receptionist was very rude. Zero concern at all for a patients eye issues, only cares about the money because that’s all she kept repeating over and over. $1,450 into this without any sort of diagnosis for basic watery, itchy eyes is ridiculous. Crooks attempting to rob me: his billing team received a duplicate decline from the insurance company (clearly showing the insurance is valid it's just marked by Cigna as having already been paid). Rather than calling the insurance company and sorting it out with them, they said they were passing responsibility onto me. I tried to ask what legal precedent they had for changing our billing arrangement after the fact and they hung up on me and mailed me the bill. My Physician was the #1 Ophomologist in Hawaii. I'm used to a thorough and complete eye exam. Didn't respond when I asked him questions. Examined my eye fir 5 minutes, got up and left. As we left, he said he'd see me in 3 months for a Field of Vision Test. My eye pressures are higher than when we moved, after razer surgery. Very concerned and looking for another medical doctor/surgeon.

I have been suffering from vision loss, eye redness, and extreme irritation and swelling in my eye for months. I went to see him, and he wouldn't even let me speak. He dilated my eyes, examined me for 5 minutes, and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my eye. When my jaw dropped and I asked him to repeat himself, he said, "Would you rather me tell you there is something wrong?" Friendly staff and doctor; however, really did not address the problems. Already using over-the-counter drops for dry eyes 4 to 5 times a day. I was hoping for a little more direction other than to just keep doing the same thing. Not impressed, going for a second opinion. I felt like appointment was rushed. Just told me the same things that I already knew, and did not offer any other solutions.
