She was smoking in her car outside my house and threw her cigarette on the street. Then grabbed another cigarette butt from somewhere in her car and threw that out her window too. I tried to call out to her to not treat my street like an ash tray but she just waved me off and drove away. My kids and I just stood there, dumbfounded.
