This place has serious scheduling issues; on two separate occasions my appointment was not found, also they will schedule you for over the phone appointments for results or medical questions and they will never call at the time that you scheduled which is unfortunate because people have jobs so you are left with no answers. After 4 instances of bad scheduling I have decided to leave this place alone. Also this place will call you numerous times a day if you have a co pay. Cleanliness of facility is also very questionable.
My last experience was unbelievable! To make a long story short, Dr. Chen helped me achieve a massive breakthrough, and for the first time in a long time I’m positive about the future!
Allied Healthcare Physicians' office in New Rochelle is full of consummate professionals. Additionally, I never have any trouble with scheduling, the office is always tidy, and I’m in and out in 30 minutes or less. And, of course, the quality of care is exceptional.
