I have used Howard Johns plumbing for years. They have always done a great job. But more than this, I have confidence in Mark Johns. He has proven himself to be honest in all matters, and really has the best interest of the customer in mind. Recently, I called for an appointment. However, he walked me through the problem over the phone, so that he didn't even have to come out! That is customer service!

I had always loved my previous interactions with the crew at Howard C Johns, but I had to call them again for a new emergency. I was losing 500-800 gallons of water a day, but couldn't figure out where. I checked the toilets, I shut off the main value... but still heard water moving. I thought maybe the shutoff was bad, but of course, they found out the real reason was a 58-year-old pipe just outside my wall. I had figured not only would this be a big deal tearing up the yard, but then I'd have to redo my landscaping. But no... read more
