Wish I could give it zero stars so sick of this freaking place they do not I repeat do not care about you the staff doesn't care none of them care the pretend to care about you it's been almost 2 weeks and I have to keep calling you to refill my stuff and it hasn't been Wish I could've known about this place before I would've chosen another clinic
Their billing department is completely unreachable from any method, and we keep getting charged $200 for visits that are supposed to be $0
First of all, the place isn't handicap accessible. Secondly, Dr. Mateo is not a personable person and quite rude. When I came in for my appt on Dec 8th, 2022 for my fractured ankle, he entered the room and just stared at me and my friend for a few seconds. Maybe he forgot how to speak for that moment so I took initiative and said "hello". Then, when I asked if he had an Ace bandage, he replied no. This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice and is on a mission to help. Not just at this location but 47th as well. Bethany was an amazing LNP and her staff was just as helpful. Thank you for all that you guys do!
They took my insurance and it never made it into the system so when I went to pick up my medicine they said hey u need a prior authorization from ur Insurance it’s something your doctor has to call and do. This was nov 2 I called brown and informed them myself they claim they did it already I waited now it’s the 7th and still nothing so I call again why they say they needed another copy of my insurance ok now it’s the 12th and still nothing Walgreens keeps saying u need this authorization done or it bill is 300 bucks just do... read more
