It's a great LGBT community center I love it the doctor's awesome 2
I was going here and being treated with respect but then it went down I started to be called sir and yes even addressed as my dead name to join events with them.. not to add I get told use this app to communicate with us and I do. Just to be ignored by my doctor and get a nurse that doesn't even answer my question won't tell the doctor that I'm running low on my meds when I ask for a refill.. then when I'm out and didn't see the doctor they blame me.. even tho I'm asking weeks for these meds and still being rejected all on s... read more
NOTE: this review is only for the Howard Brown location inside Casa Norte. The rest of Casa Norte seems perfectly nice but I don't personally use their services. I've been going to Howard Brown for coming up on two years now and it's been just about nothing but a headache. I absolutely can't wait to be done with this place. My PCP is at the Casa Norte location, but I work in Boystown so I will come in to the main location sometimes with issues or questions and all of my issues are inherent to Howard Brown as an organization.... read more
