Service has gone substantially downhill and wait times are through the roof now. Staff all seem overworked to the point where things are being forgotten and mistakes are being made.
Their billing department has been unresponsive for months, no phone calls go through and no emails get responded to. We repeatedly get charged $200 for bills we confirm should be $0, and now we have to stop visiting the doctor because we cant confirm any way to not get charged all of our money for it
They just don't call me back. I've been trying to work out a prior authorization with them for 3 months and now I have to start over because it's been too long for my insurance company to recognize the original prescription that needs authorization. It takes dozens of phone calls just to get my prescriptions refilled. My doctor was an hour late with no warning in my last appointment, which is honestly the least egregious thing on this list.
