Lied about not taking my insurance and about visit being free. Literally go anywhere else please. Doctor was okay, but front desk was incompetent.
I have had a great experience since I have been going to Howard Brown on 63rd. The staff is friendly and my PCP and Dentist are both great. I love my PCP and Dentist so much that my dentist is moving up North and I am following her.
I read the review while I was on my second attempt to talk to someone after the person that had answered didn’t speak clearly then was disconnected. Second attempt ended as just a hang up. Thanks for honest reviews and lazy workers that didn’t want to do their job because I just dodged a bullet!
I love this location the staff and the physician are great they understand and help in every area that is needed thank you to the front desk nstaffthat got me seen at a last mins. Notice.
