I have been waiting on a prescription and a referral for 3 weeks. The level of incompetence is truly impressive. The nurse misgendered me a hundred times and the Dr. never corrected her or acknowledged it. Why bother going to HB if they are going to be ignorant and require coaching in order to do the most simple task. I’ll update this if I ever get those things. Really do not appreciate how I was treated regarding my medication, when I ran out I contacted my provider via the portal, was treated rudely by an NP who claimed I was actually not out of medication and would not need a new refill for over a month, once this time passed I requested a refill (no response). I call in and apparently now I need to make a new appointment, as per my provider who did no notify me of this by the way, these appointments are not free, and while I understand a routine check in without ANY prior notifi... read more
