Rich was fantastic. From start to finish, he made the process seamless and the most simplest vehicle purchase I have ever made. He was genuine and made the experience effortless. He facilitated all the time consuming work over the phone in advance so we were able to expedite the paperwork process with ease. Rich is the only reason I chose Howard Bentley out of five or six other local dealerships. He made my three hour round-trip worth it.
