Really sweet woman and man standing at the front of the store. She helped me when I looked confused, and assisted me until I left the store. Very helpful with explaining things as well.
Similar to a beauty supply store a couple of weeks ago, I don't know why I always seem to luck out in these stores. Nobody follows me around. I can quietly shop. Zero problems at the register. I don’t even take the time to give bad reviews on anyone, but I just called this beauty supply with a question and the person that answered the phone was so rude and didn’t do a good job even over the phone. She just acted like she was Clueless A completely dumbfound smh
I had a very bad experience today. I bought lotion, it was the last bottle and other items worth more than $100. I went home and when I opened the bottle the lotion had already turned brown meaning it was expired. This is the third time buying expired lotion. I immediately returned. When they opened, it was actually bad. They told me I had to pick other exchange with other stuff or have a store credit.
