I will review this place on every platform I can. If I could rate this place 0 I would. They don’t care about you or your pet. They shove as many clients into the day as they can to make as much money as they can. They claim they’ve called or sent records places when they haven’t and there’s no record of them ever trying. They were so overbooked for one of my visits I was told to just stand in the hallway and wait for the vet. I am a local rescuer (Zion's Mission). My words simply could never express how absolutely incredibly caring, smart, accommodating, and loving they are to our animals. The services they provide is second to none. And life-saving. Everyone at Howard Beach Animal Clinic provides top notch care and saves so many lives. Dr. Roufael is amazing and will help your animals. Front desk service very unprofessional, unorganized, raising their voice and speaking in a frustrating manner. They make you feel it is not worth it to come up. The only reason I continue coming is because Dr. Roufael makes things straight when he finds out these non sense and how they treat customers.

AVOID THIS OFfICE! Too many issues with this practice. Doesn’t matter how good drs. are when their staff is rude. I am speaking of GINA the miserable, unhappy Manager! I would always speak to her nicely pre covid. I guess the stress they are under during this Covid crisis has started to take over the tone of this practice. I took both my dogs there for over 15 years. Never had an issue with anyone. Even after a botched unnecessary operation on my Neutered Yorkie..He was given an exploratory surgery by mistake. For 15 over 15 years I have brought my two doggies to this Clinic. I adore Dr. Roufail but the wait times and lack of appointments available make it difficult to keep going back. We had sick dogs and spent thousands to keep each dog alive in the weeks before each had to be put to sleep. Both losses were incredibly difficult. Losing my 12 and a half year old Maltese from CHF was incredibly heartbreaking.
