He is an honorable Dentist. Many other Dentists in town I've met, as far as explaining and how they move forward by charging, distance goes from the earth to the moon. My financial condition and not having coverage is the reason that I'm still in need to see him. Others who accept identical like to charge the State and still expecting me to pay from $4000 to $6500, in addition.
Dds charles refkin was the dentist that i saw at this place. Unfortunately it took 6 months to reconstruct a set of dentures, that in the long run needed to be repaired through another dentist a year later. Sub standard materials and ill fitting top dentures that put me through misery, embarassment, and a lot of weight loss. Think twice people, before going to this hack shop.
Really professional. I suffer from anxiety but the staff was really friendly and this made my visit a pleasure. The staff was also very attentive to my needs. I plan on going back to Dr. Feffer and Dr. Valdez in the future.

Ok if you are not in a hurry for dentures. I started 2 months ago, have had 3 appts. And wait weeks for the next one. My next appt. Is in 4 weeks when I get another wax mockup. No word when finished dentures will appear. There is only one person who does the lab work - not a fully staffedl lab.
Dr. Feffer and Dr. Refkin did my implants and dentures and literally changed my life! I visited numerous offices and there was no other comparison with quality of work! I can now eat properly, live healthy, and finally smile again! I would recommend this office to everyone. The staff was professional and made me feel like they TRULY care about ME! Thank you to all of them!

I needed a new upper denture made after breaking my existing one. I was given a consultation at no charge and viewed dentures they made. Their TV pricing was confirmed. A total of 4 appointments were needed from time of impressions to getting the finished product. I went back 1 time for adjustment where rubbing on gum. I am pleased with the fit and appearance of my denture. My appointments were done on time with no waiting. My drive of approximately 70 miles round trip and I feel it was worth it
Beware he is all about money not his patients health.
