Dr. Howard Axe has made me feel so uncomfortable and belittled at every appointment. He talks with a rude/know it all tone and won’t listen to anything I expressed concerns about. I told him a disease that runs in my family and he immediately said “I don’t care about your family’s health history and recent diagnoses” and when I expressed my worry about my extreme drowsiness and sudden weight lost, he just said I need to stop being lazy and that I don’t get enough sleep. I needed to verify the required vaccines before applying to a school. During my visit, I asked him about the Chickenpox vaccine, but he started discussing about unrelated topics on drugs I was unfamiliar with. When I asked if his explanation was related to the vaccine, he abruptly responded, “I’m not talking about the Chickenpox,” in a rude manner. Like bro, why are you talking about unrelated topics? Every negative review regarding Dr Axe and his nursing staff are 100% accurate. Do not stress yourself out with his team. They are condescending, the tones in their voices is that of a disgruntled teenager. I spoke with Susan supervisor. She spoke over me, offered patient relations number.,but she basically gaslighted me the entire conversation.
