WASTE OF TIME Howard Elliott is definitely a worthless lawyer. He racks up a nice bill and doesnt fight for you at all. If it wasnt for my mom and dad making suggestions to him I feel confident I would have been doing a lot longer than 3 months. Hmmm maybe I should have just had them represent me. If you do choose to hire this person I would make it a point to him that he needs to actually do some research into cases and say more than 1 sentence during the time court is in session. I hired him and Mr. Elliot screwed me over big time call me 419-619-1565 Jim Steiner he went in to court all gun hoe then after we were done and knowing I won Mr. Elliott went back in to talk to the seneca county magistrate Erica Gordan to draw the paper work up to screw me in the Juvenile Court he's a crook with Att; Charles Hall Jr. out of tiffin.
