The first person that arrived at my house was Carlos. He was incredible! He immediately took charge and put my mind at ease. Carlos was professional, friendly, courteous, and a man of his word. He explained the entire restoration process and allayed my anxiety and concern. Because of Carlos and HOW restoration, my house is a home again. I HIGHLY recommend HOW.

Jason came out the day I contacted HOW to review our damages. It made me feel confident that it was obvious he has plenty of knowledge and experience (2 separate water damage repairs in our home). Again, impressed with Jason's timely follow up the very next day with the estimate, as we were in a time crunch. We look forward to working with their company for the upcoming project.
