Shady business practices. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Charges u for work they didn’t even do.
The man who came out on a friday afternoon in the middle of February for my furnace diagnostic was very kind and knowledgeable. The woman who I talked to the following Monday was rude and pushy. The man on friday told us one thing. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. When I felt confused and uncomfortable, i told her we were going to get a few more estimates.
