I acquired my dream vehicle, a 1956 Ford Thunderbird, from Harvey Motors. On my initial visit, I expressed to Harvey Sr. my desire for a mechanic's inspection. He insisted it was superfluous, citing his status as an Admiral in the Texas Navy and a devout man, with numerous certified mechanics vouching for the car's excellent condition.
