Excellent Dentist. Excellent Man. Excellent Person. Dr. Hovan himself is easily a 5/5 dentist. I would even consider him my friend. I would not recommend Dr. Hovan to my family & friends. It’s not his fault… Basically, his office dropped me after 35 years of true loyalty simply over “new to me” policy (I was 1 month and 1 day inactive I found out). Dr. Hovan is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is very thorough and exceptionally gentle. When receiving Novocaine I never had it done so precisely and gently. The entire office atmosphere is very welcoming.
