Excellent gym. Not too busy. Good selection of weights and equipment. Excellent personal trainers who are knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional.
Met these fine folks at the ODU Home-coming Game and they were such a delight to sit and chat with. I am certain that their gym is something to behold! Heard nothing but good things by another gentleman that was present at the game who is a member at the same gym. I look forward to coming and seeing the gym for myself
I never do reviews but had to leave one here. THE Best and ONLY gym in the 757 for any serious NPC or IFBB competitors. If you want to turn pro come train here! no other gyms in the area can even compare.. other gyms may try gimmicks like changing lighting but wont focus on the real issues like keeping the gym clean or fixing broken equipment.
