My belongings were severely damaged at Houtz Storage. I had 25 pieces of items (leather belts, bags, and boots; clothes, hats, and lots more) that grew mold at Houtz storage due to water damage in one of the storage units. When I brought my items and requested for a cleaning to salvage some of the items, and to replace those that are unsalvagable, the owner, Mr. Houtz was very hostile, beligerant, and violent.
