Whoever answered the phone was SO unhelpful. I wanted to know about cars under a certain price, the downpayment etc and all I got was lectured on why Hondas are expensive and how I can’t afford a car if I don’t have a good income or credit. Didn’t ask about my financial status, or help me find something within my price range. Tried to sell me a Honda for 9k but their website shows they have stock for 3-5k. very good customer service helped me with every question i had.
Worst customer service ever!!! I called to try information on a few vehicles and the only thing he was concerned about was cash or finance and how much down. Then after answering him he still asked the same thing over and over again. Very short temper. At the end of our conversation he then stated he wants cash only, no finance.
