Extremely unprofessional. Called and left a completely unintelligible voicemail, then sent me a text message consisting of “Good afternoon” then a separate message, “Wlll someone be available tomorrow for the tech to check the AC” No information about who’s contacting, no name, no mention of the property company- literally just that. I absolutely do not recommend this company. We’ve had numerous issues with scheduling. We were scheduled for Tuesday this week, so my husband stayed home from work—but they never showed up. When we called, they said they had rescheduled and sent us a notification, which they did not. They only sent it afterward, trying to make it seem like we had been informed in advance. We then rescheduled for today, Saturday, between 9 and 11 a.m., and were told they’d arrive first thing. It’s now noon, and they’re just barely arriving. W... read more
If you want unreliable, this is the company for you. Two hour window to show up, with less than 45 minutes left, called to verify the rep is going to make it. Five minutes on hold, for them to come back and said it would be exactly the end of the 2 hour window. I said, so I can leave right after the time frame is up. They got mad and canceled the job. I get that people fall behind on their schedule, but it was definitely a situation they were going to be later then that, and they just couldn't be honest about it.
This company lacks honesty and transparency, which should be standard in business. I recommend researching thoroughly and being very careful if you choose to work with them. I was charged $6000 for an HVAC unit replacement. Three months later, the unit malfunctioned, and I was billed an additional $200-$300 for a "diagnostic fee." They then tried to charge me $2200 more for a "furdown replacement" that should have been included in the original $6000 job.
