If you want unreliable, this is the company for you. Two hour window to show up, with less than 45 minutes left, called to verify the rep is going to make it. Five minutes on hold, for them to come back and said it would be exactly the end of the 2 hour window. I said, so I can leave right after the time frame is up. They got mad and canceled the job. I get that people fall behind on their schedule, but it was definitely a situation they were going to be later then that, and they just couldn't be honest about it.
This company lacks honesty and transparency, which should be standard in business. I recommend researching thoroughly and being very careful if you choose to work with them. I was charged $6000 for an HVAC unit replacement. Three months later, the unit malfunctioned, and I was billed an additional $200-$300 for a "diagnostic fee." They then tried to charge me $2200 more for a "furdown replacement" that should have been included in the original $6000 job. Miguel , Cesar , Jose are an amazing crew. Did a great job and went above and beyond putting in our new ac system. On time worked hard and made sure everything was running great. Very nice on top of everything else. I would give ten stars. You want done same day fast and a great crew Houston’s ac express is the best!!!
