Great service. I highly recommend. They fixed my cracked wheel in one day. I also got my breaks painted. I never knew I could get that done. I'm Happy with the work.

RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! This business have the worse Customer Service and they are very rude, not trustworthy and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else. I SAW SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR ATTITUDE AND IGNORED IT. DON'T BEHAVE LIKE ME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can't express how dissatisfied i am with this place! It's a dump! You will wait an eternity to be helped. Then you will be LIED to by the supposed "GM" just to get scammed out of your money. Humphries is a straight LIAR. He calls himself "The Doctor" because he can supposedly fix any rim. Well $400 bucks later 1 of my rims is still messed up after he said it could be fixed 100%. This experience was absolutely terrible. Although their website guarantees their work they do not honor that guarantee. I was told that my wheel would look like the original wheel and it DID NOT. Customer service is nonexistent. I dropped my wheel off on January 11, 2021. I was called on January 12, 2021 and told that my wheel was ready. I had to pay for the wheel before I was able to see the finished work. Once I paid the wheel was placed back on my vehicle. I was at first okay taking my rim to get repaired here for curb rash at Houston Wheel Repair until noticing the paintwork is beginning to come off the rim. I called to see what there could be done and was told there was no warranty on the repair in which I find unbelievable and was not told anything beforehand. Wheels look horrible! The loaner was a joke, was not sure if I would make it home. Called manager Mark, who was very passive aggressive and not at all helpful, stated “it’s like Walmart you will never get to talk the owner” and that there was nobody else I could talk to! Don’t waste your money, read all the reviews and BBB. They have multiple business names they operate under, so shady! Will dispute till I get my money back.

Talked to them on the phone and told them I had a 22” Alcoa with a dent and they told me no more then 125$. I get there and the guy tells me 175$ because it’s a big rim when he knew since the get go. I had already drove 30 mins to this place to drop off the rim so I just left it there. They told me it will be ready the next day at noon and I call to go pick up and they tell me it’s not ready until after 6 P.M. DONT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY.
