I am currently a patient. I came for pt to get my body going again. Everyone has been so welcoming and comforting it feels like a big family. Cynthia the receptionist is so nice and welcoming always having a smile on her face and listens to all my stories. Keeley the night supervisor is so kind and always around to help me with my needs. I came here with only 2 weeks to live but I am still alive. I truly love my private room. Now I moving around I get to meet all the staff and admins. The receptionists staff Cynthia and Alexis always helping with issue.
My mom needed to come here for antibiotics and therapy I love that I can stay the night with my mom in a private room when needed. It made me and her feel comfortable though put her stay.
Thank you to the team at Houston Transitional Care for helping in a time of such certain the entire team of nurses have been amazing and super nice! I wouldn’t trust any other company with my dads life as I have with you guys!
I feel welcomed walking into the facility by the receptionist and it smells good. Lashonda made me and my feel welcomed coming in for a tour. My dad was there for a month after a fall and is able to walk independently with a walker. The nurses Tayo and Tina are great they answered all my calls. I know I’m worrisome about my dad but they eased my concerns.
