Some time ago, I applied to work there as an RN. DON hired me but the owner was in Vegas. He insisted on meeting me prior to hiring me. Met him days later and he told me in my face that as a young black man I could not be the face of his company. That members would be afraid of me. He said I could do follow up visits but could not do admits as 1st time impression was critical for his census. I'm surprised this company still exists

Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and incompetent staff. I cannot recommend this company to care for our community's elderly.
