I have gone to HSS a number of times over the past 1.5-2 years and I was happy with the results when I was able to see Darlena. However, I was canceled on 3 times with less than 24hrs notice, and had to go back online and schedule myself weeks later for when she had availability again - no offer to fit me in asap any of the 3 times.
