Unprofessional!! I would give this place NO stars if I could. My experience with the Esthetician was HORRIBLE! Waited for almost an hour for my appointment & when I got into the room Niki was very abrupt & rude with me about not having compression socks for my visit. Well, I wasn’t told I needed them. Then she told me the laser machine wasn’t even working so she couldn’t do my procedure anyway. Very poor & non professional. Very casual in checking a patient. Staff is casual and least bothered, also doctor. 4th day and my prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy. I have called several times to remind but no progress and then they leave you to record a voice mail and no update on your request. Don't recommend them.
I had a mole removed for biopsy and another problematic one frozen at this clinic (Museum District unit). The doctor was not very friendly and seemed to be in an awful hurry. They charged in advance for the procedure (which my insurance covers as it did before in the same clinic) and just "forgot" about it. The procedure was on July 8, in midi August I called their billing person about the refund (as my insurance paid for the service as expected) and she told me I had to wait, she was going to call me.. never did.
