I got a haircut here about a month ago. It was a very odd experience because I am very basic with how I do my hair. I like blended layers and a little bit of curtain bangs. I tried to give my stylist some feedback. That wasn’t helpful for her I guess? I reached out to the manager for a follow up appointment and she was more than accommodating. I’ve debated whether to post this review because my stylist was very nice and the overall salon was as well but my hair color did not turn out as expected. My hair turned out very red instead of dark brown. Even my stylist looked at it dry and said shes been having issues with this brand of color the salon uses so if this isn’t what I wanted they can re-do it. I came to this salon to see Genesis and she was wonderful! The experience was so relaxed and pleasant, and she exceeded expectations on my haircut. I went in for a drastic hair change and I have received so many compliments from others thanks to Genesis. I highly recommend her!
