I contacted Houston Roofing Ltd. for my flat roof a few years ago when everyone was having roof issues due to all the melt and thaw that winter. I couldn’t find anyone who would even talk to me about it. As soon as I said “flat roof” I’d hear “oh we don’t do flat roofs”.
