I would not be surprised if this doctors office one day ended up in the news for scams (billing for as many patients as feasible without actually assessing and treating their needs). I’ve visited 3 times, the first visit was in February as a new patient. I had low blood pressure and consequently passed out during labs. Visit 2 was nearly 5 weeks later. I've had chronic pain for the past 15-20 years. I stopped going to the Dr. because I knew I was being misdiagnosed. I finally decided I couldn't take the pain anymore and tried Dr. Najim. She gave me my life back! From the first visit she knew what the diagnosis was and put me on the correct medication!
Dr. Najam is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She's easy to talk to, takes the time to understand your problems, and quickly figures out the right course of action. The staff made sure everyone felt comfortable and at ease, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I can't recommend her enough.
TERRIBLE OFFICE!!!!!!! do NOT go here, have been trying to get blood work orders faxed to my lab so i can complete them for over a week. No help, front office staff NEVER answers the phone for patients OR lab. and the 2 out 50 times i actually got someone to answer she treated me like a nuisance. will NOT be following up NOR changing this review!
Had a great experience at Dr. Najam’s Office. She was very patient with me, explained all the pro’s and con’s of treatment and I left satisfied. She’s also very gentle with her injections .. which is something that I was scared of. Nice clean building and friendly staff too .. ! Felt like family. My knee also feels much better after treatment ; will definitely be going back again if needed. Highly recommend!
