I called to set up an appointment. They were NOT helpful at all. I have Champ VA insurance which is NOT VA insurance, so everyone accepts and they pay 80%. The lady would not call them or listen to me as I know my insurance and work in the healthcare industry. I asked to speak to her insurance team as she really had no idea and she put me on hold for 10 minutes. Poor customer service so will go somewhere else.
Extremely passionate and caring. Takes his time to ensure your knowledge of the health issues, conditions and resolve. You leave the office knowing you’re in good hands. Couldn’t ask for a better Gastroenterologist. Highly recommend. He’s the best of the best. And the wait time is minimal, which is an added plus.
I felt like I was listened to, and the Doctor was very helpful and gave a lot of information
