Appointment at 9am and NPC din’t see me until 9:35. I was told I would be seen immediately. Now I’m late for work which is a waste of my unpaid time
Great doctors staff terrible unprofessional you can never get a hold of anybody your waiting on phone 15 min 20 min Office visit staff is rude they need new staff asap or a new manager or replace both
I sent a message yesterday to have my appointment for tomorrow morning canceled, also called today and still received an email to confirm my appointment and to get me a "Friendly Reminder that if the appointment is not canceled 72 hours prior the appointment I would be charged $100" -Reminder sounds like something you already disclose and I was never told anything about such ridiculous policy, also maybe you should enforce same policy yo have your employees answering the phones as seems impossible to cancel otherwise. My mom has been seeing Dr. Nunez since he was at his old office, he is a great doctor, but now her prescriptions are out of refills and it has been a nightmare to get her meds again. As a new patient, you sign a paper saying to give them 3 business days to get your refills/medications and that has not been the case. Meds are very important for liver patients, I’m not sure why they are taking so long. Incredibly frustrating! Multiple calls and still nothing at this point.
This review is for the location at building 5, Dr. Patel's office. Dr. Patel himself and his NP (not sure of her name or actual title, but you get it) were decent. I didn't feel rushed and they listened to my concerns. The office staff is terrible. The first issue happened when I was scheduled for a colonoscopy/endoscopy.
