Very professional installation. The amount of knowledge they brought to our restaurant helped us with our transition from an outdated, old, clunky Pos into the world of online reporting and integrated scheduling. Highly recommend Ed and his team.
All equipment, machines and programs fail every now and then(no matter how advance our technology has become) in any industry... just like people when they get sick. But when that happens, the people in this company are there. Friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and most of all... Humans. Unlike some phone support numbers I dial where I talk to robot. Thank you guys!
The tech support line has been beyond rude to each of our employees who call in with issues while trying to do their jobs. We got zero help from them again today as usual. Tried contacting both our other points of contact and started off by apologizing for calling them on a Sunday, but obviously this is important. And guess what.... big shocker with no response from them either. We’ll share all this information with everyone we know who is possibly thinking of switching their POS system to Qlaborate
