Furnace problem Randy came out 2 hours after call -7 outside ,up and running in 30 mins. Who are you going to call.
Houston is the best! I had another company come and after a week of them trying, I was told the only option was to purchase a new furnace. I wanted a second opinion, Houston Plumbing sent out Josh and Eddy. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. A number one call from now on.
Houston's is a blessing!! On a Friday afternoon, Randy came very quickly and fixed our stopped up bathroom sink!! He was quick and friendly!!! I appreciate Houston's very much. They also in the past put in a tankless water heater that is working great !! We Love our tankless water heater!!!! Houston's has helped us with many things and we highly recommend them!!
The service was decent enough. The experience was okay... I talked to the gentleman who came out and worked at our house about a much larger job that we wanted done and he told us he would talk to the owner and guaranteed us a call back that night or the next day. Here we are months later and no call. Not going to chase someone to pay them to do work. Oh well, guess they have enough business.
Houston came today to fix my heater. They were really nice and very professional. It was fixed super quick and at a great price. I'll definitely be using them for all future issues. Edit: I had them come out again to fix my air and got the same amazing service. The guys are super nice and had the job done quickly.
