I didn't necessarily go to the company for service, but my friend and I got a flat tire on hardy and pulled over alongside the business. Some of the guys from the company had walked out to see what was going on, and found out about the flat. They asked if everyone was okay, if we needed anything, and if there was anything they could do to help. The owner of the company himself came out to see if he could assist too.
