Long wait and bad mannerisms to my patients.
Push shots said I had a scheduled appointmentment for a shot and didn't would not recommend then!
No problem with Dr. Baumgartner, himself. Unfortunately, I only saw him twice in a year and a half. The problem I have is with the office staff. They are rude, have zero respect for others and blatantly lied to me. I got used to waiting, as it was usually at least an hour wait, despite always arriving 15 minutes early for my appointments. My final visit was the final one due to the unorganized and incompetent front desk staff. Upon arriving, I asked what the wait time would be. have intentionally held off on posting a review until I had seen this doctor for a while, and could give a good review. this doctor is a bit difficult to get into, I have heard, I was referred by Baylor so I didn't have that problem, personally. office is small, but kept clean. he is very knowledgeable, and has a great PA and staff. but he will make sure of your motives, tho, because this is NOT a 'script doc'. it is genuine 'pain management'. I have been seeing this doctor for over a year now, and I really like him a lot!
