If I could give no stars I would! STAY AWAY FROM DR HORTON HOMES! We have had so many issues in the home from the moment we moved in to now! They blame everyone else and give the run around! If I could turn back time and not close on the home I would! If you see that DR Horton is the builder, RUN THE OTHER WAY
If you get on the phone with an Erica, ask to speak to someone else immediately. She lacks professionalism and fails to understand that when a customer is speaking, you’re not supposed to interrupt them. It’s as though she did not want to express my concerns and was avoiding the conversation. Very childlike behavior. Act your age.
Don’t waste your precious time, try to find another community that really cares about their customers regardless of their color or nationality , I live on one of their communities in Magnolia. They gave my house with poorly grass condition and burnt ,I’ve complained about it for a month on their warranty department and until now nobody came to fix it. But what surprised me is my neighbors white people which their grass looks better than mine, that warranty department still going to their houses to work in they grass. For me ... read more
