Gadzooks, I own a building , my tenant expects the AC to work. After giving my EX AC guy 4 weeks to install a new unit and make it work , he would not, did not , could not. And then gave me serious attitude to my insistence that he make it work. I called Grant at Houston North , he explained the new unit was installed wrong, and had his service team repair it ….and now it works , seams simple right ? I liked the service so much i hired them to service the 8 AC units every quarter.
