Houston North saved us over $100,000. A previous vendor had diagnosed our chiller as unrepairable and needing replacement - a cost of well over $100,000. We asked Houston North to give us a bid on replacing the chiller and they asked if they could first check the system. They did and they discovered a valve had not been closed properly. That's it. System has been running perfect for over a year now. I cannot say enough about Houston North's honesty and integrity.

They aren’t transparent. You go through orientation and they don’t explain everything to you and then get mad when you don’t do everything they expect. They make promises that they didn’t plan on keeping. I had to quit after the first week because they way that they operate their business. My checks were short and the owner refused to give any kind of breakdown or explanation and then called the cops to try to remove me from the property.
