Appointment at Sugar Land location was pretty good, a little bit perfunctory, but I am satisfied overall. I'm a stroke survivor with minor mobility issues. Dr Shirzadi checked me for weakness in my limbs and recommended I go to an annual checkup instead of semiannual.
I have been getting a fast busy for several weeks. Today fast busy and - "your call comopleted to this time". What is going on with this facility. I'm about ready to change!! Very poor service.
I've been trying to get in contact for over a week to schedule an appointment. However, no one ever picks up the phone and I've been calling for a week. How is this even possible? I'm not sure what's going on with the office management but seems like they need improvement.
Do not recommend. I saw them in June 2024 and STILL cannot get a followup.
I got a referral for this place and called four times to their appointment line. It’s been over a week and no response. If this is how they treat patients, this is the review they get
