I am very disappointed with the Imaging Department staff especially the supervisor Hector/Oscar and the so-called person who identified herself as "imaging", which I identify as a "KAREN". My spouse was having a procedure done on Friday 4/28/2023. My daughter and I could always be in the same room while the procedure was being performed, this changed to where we had to leave the room now because of the procedure, and it was ok to wait in the hallway or the waiting room. It has taken me a full year to gather the emotional and mental courage to write about my traumatic experience at Houston Methodist in Sugar Land, Texas. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others who may find themselves in a similar situation.
