Not impressed! The wait time for someone who can’t breathe is unbelievable. Watched another person continuously grabbing their chest in pain and they were in the waiting room before we arrived and still waiting when we left without seeing a Dr. They best not try billing our insurance for such incompetence! This place is not recommended for anyone.

This hospital by far has been needing a review like this. First off this has happened multiple times where I was not cared for told there is nothing wrong . I walked back in for excuse after being in there for chest pains I was told to was ok back to where I was discharged from just to be giving the run around once I finally speak to the nurse I was told I can’t get an excuse because I was already discharged not even a minute earlier. Worst hospital to go to fr and I’ve been to many around the Houston area. This is sad cause of unprofessionalism. If u are not white they don’t care about what’s going on , they rush and rush and rush just to misdiagnose you. If u asked for any test make sure u say “test for everything” and they don’t check u out , they will literally, no exaggeration will look at u and say what they think it is and that will be it . No check nothing they do not care will be making a bigger report on this hospital itself

Absolutely terrible expierences here. Nurses do not care to check on patients and have very bad attitudes. I've had friends and family sent home or turned away when they had serious medical issues and had to go to a different hospital to seek proper treatment. Terrible, terrible all around.
