I was recently seem at the Methodist same day clinic on 1/19/2026 by Genetta Kennedy.. I was very dissatified with the quality and level of service that I received.. She was uncaring, disrespectful and incompetent. She refused to hear all of my complaints and prescribed medication that I clearly explained to her that I could not tolerate. Not only could I not tolerate it, but the dosage was not adequate for the severity of my symtoms.
