Clinic is fine, but they should move to a new building. The owners of this one didn't care to put benches for people to sit or make logistics from the parking lot easier for the undoubtedly elderly and infirm who would be frequenting. I saw many old and handicap folks having to stand in the heat (yes, it's sweltering inside and many employess commented on it as they walked through) in the first floor lobby while waiting for a car to be brought around. A waste of time and money. Came in for 2 problems, I left with no information of either. No type of clarification of what it is, I mean NOTHING!!! Literally nothing but a referral. I literally had to ask “so you are sending me away with no thought of what it is, no medication.” The staff was nice but Lindsey literally did nothing for me. I’m still mad
Not the best. The main problem was parking. I am handicapped and needed a easy entry point to the facility. That is not available. It is confusing to find a space in the garage, which was full and a long walk from the parking in the front. There was not much communication when I first arrived, but the fellow was trying as hard as he could. Overall seems to be a competent clinic, but they need to do something about the parking, maybe reserve a few spaces just for the clinic.
Houston has lots of great clinics. This is not one of them unfortunately. Do not waste your time. Find another clinic. Moreover, customer service is nonexistent.
Pulled to the back very quickly. Very much sick going in and 2 days later still very much sick with no sight of relief. I call to let them know and I'm expected to pay another copay and see a different dr since its been over 24hrs😒 how else or how long do you give meds a chance to work??? Tf smg I don't agree because what are they going to do differently. I will not be returning to this clinic due the nonchalantness. I'll go spend my copay elsewhere
