This was the worst reception staff I have ever experienced. I was lost and called them to let them know I was trying to find what building they were in after asking 3 different employees here. I was minute late and they refused to see me despite the fact I called and they knew I was in the parking lot. She gave me directions anyway and didn't say she'd cancel my appointment in a few minutes after speaking to me. The entire office left about 2 minutes after refusing to see me to go to lunch. I would give this place zero stars if I could. My first time here and I would not come back. The nurse that took my vitals was really nice though. The PA who saw me Alicia was a different story. Didn't even give me her name until I asked. I told her my list of symptoms Sore throat, headache, body chills, sweating, hoarse voice, coughing, pressure on my chest and that I threw up some bile. They were rude to the point of being rude! They were not able to help me knowing my condition when I made the appointment. I do not reccomend going to this clinic, If you call this a clinic!

This was my first time visiting a same day clinic. Horribly rude front desk staff and the NP Jessica didn’t take me seriously when I told her my concerns. She had an attitude, rolled her eyes, and made me feel uncomfortable. It was like I was bothering her by being there to receive care when I am sick. I drove 30 minutes and paid a 50 dollar co-pay to receive no care and treated like I am stupid for showing up to get help. They were unprofessional and I paid co-pay to be belittled and not heard.
