We could not have had a better experience. The MA was sooo sweet and patient and gentle with my 19y who gets extremely anxious at doctors offices. The NP quickly assessed and made her feel so safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
I don’t make reviews and waited 2 weeks to write this so because it was so upsetting to me. Easy to make appointment. Easy check in. Nurse taking vitals was excellent. Garbin came in and asked what I was in for. I replied “let me go back to the beginning” meaning there was a lead up to my symptoms. She shut me down and said. “Just tell me why you’re here today”. Don't waste your time or effort, Garbin acts like she has other plans. I don't think she understood the amount of antibiotics & steroids I have been on the last month, nor understood my previous medical history. Go elsewhere before seeing her. Only giving it 1 star as I have to.
The most unfriendly nursing staff I have ever experienced.
Service is good. Wait time is fast. Service is awesome. The only bad thing is to contact them back for any paperwork or prescription is a long tiring process. Copayments are high.
